Ring around the ship for speed and throttle
Difficulty bars under score
User adjustable difficulty modifies the progression of adaptive difficulty.
Min difficulty 0 keeps game easy no matter how many you collect
Max difficulty 10 keeps game hard no matter how many you miss
Normal difficulty 5 is previous progression.
Something is not working with missed orbs and breaking difficulty settings
