Boatanica updates

Lots of little tweaks and improvements to gameplay sounds. 

Flower bells now ring quieter and more frequently to signal you're in a harvest area

Water splashing sounds when boat turns are now quieter and shorter

Shops audio range greatly reduced. 

Shops now ring three notes when you're in range to sell. The notes match their preference for flower type

At end of game, you can now click to restart game
